Well, perhaps it hasn’t been exactly anticipated, but surely we can’t claim to be surprised. This title sums up the Australian twosome’s style and message, steadily carried through nearly all of their songs. Sincere as ever, Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell belt out fourteen of their best and best-known tunes on this album, making it a must-listen for longtime fans and newbies alike.

Adults who grew up listening to Air Supply will enjoy a trip down memory lane with songs such as &Every Woman in the World& and &The One That You Love.& I was personally thrilled to find my two favorite songs by this band on the album: &All Out of Love& and &Making Love Out of Nothing At All.& Having grown up in the 1980s, these songs conjure up recollections of &slow skate& at the roller rink, calling the local radio station to earnestly dedicate a selection to a crush, and, of course, the pinnacle of teen romance: senior prom. Air Supply sang my friends and I through some of the best and worst days of our lives, helping us stay focused on what's truly important: true love.

Some skeptics might say that this is just another &Best Of& album, basically a repeat of the 1999 Definitive Collection. But for hardcore Air Supply fans, From The Heart is a welcome addition. If the songs themselves aren’t enough to draw men and women to purchase this collection, surely the budget price will provide an extra nudge. For anyone looking to celebrate true love or express longing, passion, hope, and romance, this album is right on.
