This is an interesting live concert of folk music featuring guitarist-singer Terry Callier in a trio with bassist Eric Hochberg and percussionist-vocalist Penn McGee. Callier wrote all but one of the pieces and is the main star throughout although McGee's background vocals are also an asset. The music is heartfelt, well-performed, and has enough variety to hold one's interest. Although influenced a little by jazz, this falls more into the folk area and should interest fans of singer/songwriters and the folk music revival of the 1960s.
