Although the group spent three years between the release of Beneath the Rhythm and Sound and See, the Ocean Blue's style didn't change much in the intrem. The group's sound remains amiable, pleasant and melodic, relying on lightly jangling guitars and sighing vocals. See doesn't have many instantly memorable cuts, yet it is a stronger collection than its predecessor and indicates that their songwriting is beginning to deepen somewhat.
