The Undiscovered Ibiza series of mix CDs features various down tempo tracks by relatively unknown European producers. Though DJ Pippi "presents" the mixes, the CDs aren't actually mixed DJ-style. Nonetheless, the respective volumes in the series flow rather well for not being mixed, partly because most of the songs begin and conclude with beatless, breezy ambience. There isn't one particular style that characterizes these tracks: most are ambient tracks with a laid-back foundation of breakbeats, most often tagged as ambient breakbeat or less often as trip-hop, though some of the tracks are more akin to world or Latin music than electronica. The third volume in the series features tracks by a variety of producers, including S'Estanyol, Fenomenon, Alkemx, and Mystiv Diversions, in addition to many others. Overall, there isn't anything to get overly excited about on this album or any of the others in the Undiscovered Ibiza series. These tracks are all fairly generic and more style than substance. Furthermore, since none of the producers are well known, you're essentially paying more for the "Ibiza" tag than for the music itself.
