专辑介绍
Dum Dum Girls and Crocodiles have a long, mutually-beneficial history. Not only have both acts toured together, but their respective singers, Dee Dee Penny and Brandon Welchez, are married. In recent years, the pair have come together outside the confines of domestic bliss to record and perform as the indie-rock duo Haunted Hearts.
The lovebirds released their first single, “Something That Feels Bad is Something That Feels Good”, back in 2012, but are now finally gearing up to put out their full-length debut. Titled Initiation, it’s due out May 27th via Zoo Music.
According to a press release, the eight-track LP was written during the winter of 2012, when Penny and Welchez were “holed up in an apartment, surrounded by a lot of books, Motown, and Krautrock.”
