Prefaced by Shes roaring, unrelenting rock snarl, the EP swings with Wolf Alices signature diversity towards a heart-melting climax. Frontwoman Ellie Rowsells vulnerable-yet-wise vocal takes centre stage on the EPs title track, as the band build a utopian wall of sound around her infectious wordplay. Nosedives pop overtones then impeccably offer a sweet balance to the whole as closer 90 Mile Beachs gloriously psychedelic crescendo - the groups most vintagely ambitious track to date - sees Wolf Alices vision perfectly realised.
