To celebrate his first Australian arena rock tour since 2005, Universal Music Australia will be releasing an Australian Exclusive album from multi-Grammy Award winning artist, Bryan Adams. ‘Australian Tour Edition 2013’ is a double album of Bryan’s most popular tracks with Australian audiences. The 2CD set features hits such as ‘Summer of ’69,’ ‘(Everything I Do) I Do it for You’ and ‘Heaven’ as well as previously unreleased tracks from Bryan’s personal archives, including performances recorded live at the Sydney Opera House.
In Australia, our fair nation’s obsession with Bryans songs consistently shines through in chart positions, sales and radio airplay. His ‘Waking Up The Neighbours’ album spent four long weeks at the top of the Australian albums chart in 1991. While ‘So Far, So Good’ spent a cumulative 14 weeks at the top of the charts over Christmas 1993 and is one of the few titles to have sold 10 x platinum in Australia.
