Damon Albarn's next solo album has been announced. The "sort of folk soul" project (as he described it to Rolling Stone), made with the help of XL Recordings head Richard Russell, is called Everyday Robots. It's out April 28, Revolt reports. Check out the tracklist below.
The album's title track will be released as a limited edition 7" on March 3 along with a non-album B-side, "Fences". Check out the single's artwork below. The deluxe edition of the album will come packaged with a DVD of Albarn performing a few album tracks live at Fox Studios Los Angeles.
The info was initially revealed on a Warner Music Store page, which has since been taken down.
Albarn is performing at the Sundance Film Festival tonight, where he'll likely perform new material. He's also booked for this year's Governors Ball.
