Michael &Bloomers& Bloomfield plays slide on &When I Need You,& &Just a Closer Walk With Thee,& and &At the Cross,& opting for his better-known single-string work on &Memphis Radio Blues& and &Blues for Norman.& While this is certainly not the place to start a Bloomfield collection by any stretch, it's worth checking out after you've assembled the essentials of the man's work.
