One of today’s most acclaimed keyboard virtuosi, Marc-André Hamelin is renowned for his completely mastery of the piano and phenomenal technique as well as for his partiality for unfamiliar repertoire. In this program, two familiar Romantic works in the same key are intersected by two less well-known keyboard masterpieces: Schulz-Evler’s variations on "The Blue Danube Waltz" (played here complete for the very first time!), and the shatteringly percussive "Rudepoêma" of Brazil’s greatest composer, Heitor Villa-Lobos.

- @nexklee(大音希声色犬马)：手上正好有这个的资源，听了几遍，对拉赫那个第二奏特别入迷。这部曲子诠释好挺难，Hamelin处理的情感奔浮不停，还能处处闪现苍凉感，那种忧伤虽不同别的几位俄国大师表现，但乐句干净，表现戏剧张力感实在惊喜。Hamelin的鬼才让我一定要把他的老肖两部钢协弄来听听
