Tyrone Davis finally cuts an album full of pre-programmed synthesizer dance music with this, his second album for the Malaco label. While the tracks have that stiffness that seems miles removed from a record played by actual humans, Davis, for his part, seems quite at home on the ten selections collected here. But on &U Should Be My Girl& and &Keep It Comin',& Davis comes up with something from his producers that actually comes close to a delivery and sound reminiscent of his old Dakar sides. On &Let Me Please You& and &Delicious,& Davis' ballad style is well to the fore and his interpretation of Solomon Burke's &Gotta Get You Off My Mind& is one of the album's smooth sounding highlights.
