“Endless Forms Most Beautiful” is the upcoming eighth album by Finnish symphonic power metal band Nightwish. It is due to be released on March 27, 2015 in the EU, on March 30 in the UK and on March 31 in the USA.

It’s the first album of the band with new singer Floor Jansen, as well as the first to feature Troy Donockley, who played uillean pipes and various other instruments on “Dark Passion Play” and “Imaginaerum“, as a full-time member.

It is also their first album without drummer Jukka Nevalainen, who had to take a temporary break from the band due to suffering of strong insomnia, leading him to step away from both the album and its subsequent tour.

The first single from the album, titled “Élan“, was released along the pre-order of the album on iTunes on February 13, 2015.

The deluxe edition of the album includes all the instrumentals of the standard edition.

@漫天光华：致那些喷子：这新砖就是个4星水平，但没什么可黑的。现在的人很多就是这种思维：主唱不是T姐，差评！风格没有按我的要求来，差评！歌词太长不看，差评！随机听一首歌，没什么刺激感官的元素，差评！骚托引用了一些自己的旋律和元素，差评！走过路过想装一装比，差评！有不同的喜好可以，但是也得仔细听过再说。你们是在听歌，能不能关注一下作品本身的内涵？整天就是谈主唱和要求强烈的旋律刺激感官，你们又不是在看岛国动作片。
@P.H. Cheryl：三十多个无脑黑给1星，我就呵呵了。很多人说NW已死，没错，NW早已死过多回，原因很简单：NW不能总生活在过去和回忆中，但凡有些追求和勇气的音乐人和作曲家，都不能让自己的乐队和作品轻易地“活”下去。从这一点上，我还是非常敬佩和欣赏托马斯。顺便一说，这张专辑在国外还是大受好评，UK摇滚类销量第一，美国前十，德国、瑞典第二，芬兰第一，亚马逊Metal类第一，大部分国家销量甚至高过同期的Imaginaerum和Dark Passion Play。MetalStorm和About.com等评分也是与前几砖持平。我就是特么无法忍受脑残黑随便听个几分钟就扔1星出来。
