Israeli producer Gal Abutbul returns to Arrival after his recent remix of Justin Oh feat. Jonny Rose's "City Lights". He continues to rise as a formidable Trance and Progressive talent, with recent radio support from Armin van Buuren, Above and Beyond, and Gareth Emery, not to mention appearances on Anjunabeats and Armada. This new EP, entitled "White Sand", contains two already showcased tracks on the Silk labels. "White Sand" appeared on Silk Royal Showcase 03, and "Siderea" (feat. Sivan) appeared on Shingo Nakamura's "Only Silk 02".
The title track starts out with a smooth groove and sweeping pad lines, and soon we are introduced to a groovy bassline and supporting arpeggio stabs. In the break, a hypnotizing new theme lead emerges, which continues in full effect thereafter, brilliantly supported by an enhanced version of the background stabs from before. Sivan joins Gal Abutbul on "Siderea", in which a mesmerizing soundscape is quickly established. A prominent beat and bassline are introduced shortly thereafter, supported by Sivan's captivating vocal lines. Numerous sound effects and soothing pad layers are present in the break, which is followed-up by a strong peak-hour theme part.
