Peaches & Herb's second album with Freddie Perren at the helm doesn't rate with the spotty 2 Hot. There's nothing close to &Reunited& to tantalize you, though they try with a remake of Johnny Ace's &I Pledge My Love,& the only song here that warrants repeated listens. &Roller Skatin' Mate,& which can only be described as bubblegum disco sucks! Others, like &Howzabout Some Love,& and &Getting Down, Gettin' Down& aren't much better. After such a good beginning with Perren, the decline came even faster. This one didn't win them many new fans.
