The definition of Emphatic is “Showing or giving emphasis; expressing something forcibly and clearly”. The Emphatic definitely fits that description. They hail from the heartland of Omaha, Nebraska where they were noticed and got signed to Atlantic Records. They recorded their debut album with Howard Benson (Theory Of A Deadman, 3 Days Grace, Black Stone Cherry) in June 2010. The results are an obvious success with the first single from the album “Bounce” rocking up the charts. Look for the album “Damage” on July 12th, and the band will be a part of the big “Carnival Of Madness” summer tour. The tour features Theory Of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry and Adelitas Way. The tour kicks of August 13th in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Look out for Emphatic rocking all summer long!
