Clicks and pops flutter and swoon throughout Natalie Beridze's first full-length as TBA, making it an apt release for Thomas Brinkmann's Max Ernst label. Brinkmann doesn't often use the label for other producers -- Luciano, John Harding, and Vladislav Delay are the only ones who have made brief appearances, apart from the label's operator -- so it's apparent that this has his full endorsement. None of the 21 tracks has much of anything to do with the dancefloor, however; it's all fragile glitch-pop, with the occasional unobtrusive vocal added to brittle, albeit comforting, constructs. The vocal tracks (featuring the voices of Beridze and a fellow named Nika) leave the greatest impressions; the closing "Wind" is the most moving, a relatively upbeat lullaby with more depth than an entire chillout compilation.
