While Bloom may not have developed much as an artist since his strong debut disc, this is his best work since then. The haunting &Don't Be Hard On Yourself& and the pretty &Water Ballerina& boast soft melodies and his trademark warm Celtic vocal. His downfall, though, is his penchant for sappy sentiment, as evidenced on tracks like &Rainsbow Warrior& and &Blackberry Time.&
