陈汉聪 (Hon Chong Chan) 是澳门著名结他手，毕业于New York The Collective School of music和北京现代音乐学院。跟随Sheryl Bailey、Paul Bollenback、Chris BIesterfelft、Costas Baltazanis、Nate Radley、Tommy Ho等国际著名爵士结他手学习。

《Traveling Coffee》是陈汉聪首张出版的专辑，以四重奏的形式 ( Guitar - Hon Chong Chan、Piano - Bob Quaranta、Bass - Gregory M. Jones、Drum - Tobias Ralph )，让听众一探陈汉聪前往进修美国纽约进修音乐后，在这个人人向往的大城市里住着许多世界级知名乐手、专业录音室及设备、以及领域的专辑制作特别要求。

专辑在纽约录音室Bunker Studio录制，当中共收录6首作品，音乐风格融入了包括Swing、Odd Time、Brazilian、Ballad、Waltz等音乐风格元素。整张唱片以不同的音乐技巧作编曲，带动听众的情绪高低起伏。

&Traveling Coffee& is Hon Chong Chan's first published album, in the form of a quartet (Guitar-Hon Chong Chan, Piano-Bob Quaranta, Bass-Gregory M. Jones, Drum-Tobias Ralph ), which allows the audience to visit Hon Chong Chan to study in New York, USA After studying music, there are many world-renowned musicians, professional recording studios and equipment, and special requirements for album production in this big city.

The album was recorded at Bunker Studio in New York, which included a total of 6 works. The music style incorporates elements such as Swing, Odd Time, Brazilian, Ballad and Waltz. The entire record is composed with different musical techniques, which drives the mood of the audience.
